Since 1993, I have worked in print, interactive media and web content in the fields of education, agriculture, and news media. My formal education is based in print design; however, I have spent the past 18 years training myself in digital and interactive design, as well as web development.
My first professional website was for the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. In 1997, my redesign of the site won the first Oklahoma College Public Relations Association's Grand Award for University Website.
I am always ready to learn a new technique. I enjoy researching new technologies related to web development and digital advertising. I know I can excel in a new and challenging role.

I handle all rich media ad design, development, and implementation for the The Oklahoma Media Company digital properties. I also work closely with the dev team to ensure that the interaction between the advertising and the journalism is cohesive while maintaining separation, including UI elements used on various rich media advertising. Other media work includes design of email blasts, websites and splash pages. I am also the trainer of other designers at The Oklahoman for online advertising; research new technologies, ad interactivity and user interaction best practices; and utilize online training and education opportunities. My previous duties when first employed by the Oklahoman included print design for newspaper, displays, posters, and other marketing materials.
